ARB WIND, part of the Briggs Group, is a leading provider in wind industry construction and O&M services specialising in inspection, maintenance and bespoke project support.

About the Role

Due to continual growth and expansion we are currently looking to recruit an experienced Administration Assistant at our head office in Burntisland, Fife. This is a part-time position 20 hours per week, ideally 10am – 2pm Monday to Friday.

Main Duties:
• Administration support for projects and daily operations
• Ensuring standards are developed and maintained to a high quality across all types of documentation
• Maintaining and developing departmental filing system
• Provide accurate and timely information to line manager
• Promote and develop effective working relationships with colleagues, other departments, suppliers, clients and customers
• Upload certification to client portals as required by contract in place
• Organise travel and accommodation for the contractors where required
• Edit project documents and update spreadsheets

The successful candidate will have hands on experience working within a similar role, be confident in their own ability to manage the workload efficiently and on time. Strong IT and communication skills are essential.
